Drink lots of fluids and Orange Juice. (Can we ever say the abbreviation of orange juice again?) 

I&#039;m not sure toothaches come from allergies, if it persists you might consider seeing a dentist. 

I agree with the no food after 9pm post and the &quot;unplugging&quot; an hour before sleep is interesting. Of course some geeks work on the computer until the only thing they can do is sleep so that doesn&#039;t add any credance for the theory. Perhaps the author was only speaking of the casual geek/person. 8^)
