Do you hang up the fancy chintz and voile only when company’s coming? Or do you dress ‘em up everyday because you never know who you might meet, hmm? Tools It’s not necessarily an either/or situation but I know that I’m the type that likes to have the basic building blocks and then diy them with a number of tools.
